What to prepare:

  • Date of Birth and Time of Key Occupants
  • Floorplan of each unit (optional but preferred)
  • Confirm appointment with various unit-owners for selection

 

 

What you will get:

  • On-Site Selection of each unit/property (takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes per unit/property)
  • On-Site Recommendation of whether the unit is suitable or not (*Note that the selection process will only answer questions regarding suitability of the unit. Questions pertaining to Feng Shui audit i.e. placement of furniture, date of renovation, suitable colour scheme, etc will only be answered when engaged for the Feng Shui Audit of the respective unit.)

 

 

Fees (collected on-site):

 

HDB & Condominium

  • SGD 120 for the first unit
  • Subsequently SGD 100 per 30 minutes or part-there-of (inclusive of travelling time)

 

Landed Property & Commercial Property

  • SGD 200 for the first property
  • Subsequently SGD 100 per 30 minutes or part-there-of (inclusive of travelling time)
